Paddle only works with sellers who pass our fraud and KYC ("know your customer") checks - and it is very unlikely that a piece of software sold via our platform is fraudulent. Our support team are dedicated to assisting our customers with their questions, and we are sure that in most instances that your concerns can be resolved before a chargeback is required.
If you are thinking of issuing a chargeback, we suggest first that you contact us at email@example.com. Our support team will be able to assist you with a refund or payment cancellation much more quickly than the PayPal or Credit Card chargeback process which takes up to 60 days to resolve.
If you would still like to issue a chargeback, please get in touch with PayPal or your credit card provider, depending on your payment method.
