Our support team will be able to assist you with a refund or payment cancellation much more quickly than the PayPal or Credit Card chargeback process, which can take up to 60 days to resolve.
Paddle only works with sellers who pass our stringent fraud and KYC ("know your customer") checks - therefore it is very unlikely that a piece of software sold via our platform is fraudulent. Our support team is dedicated to assisting our customers with their questions, and we are confident that in most instances, your concerns can be resolved before a chargeback is required.
