Paddle's support team is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. There are three ways to contact Paddle support:
1. by virtual assistant - Visit Paddle.net where we have a dedicated virtual assistant that can help with many common queries such as subscription cancelations and refund requests. If our virtual assistant is not able to resolve your query, this will be put through to our support team, who can assist further.
2. by email - Email us at email@example.com including your name, email address, transaction number (if known), and a brief description of your query and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.
