For some of the products sold on Paddle, the email with your license key and download link may sometimes take a little longer (up to 4 hours).
If you made a purchase and have not yet received your license please follow these steps:
- Please double check the spam and junk folders in your inbox. If you use email security software, check the settings. Sometimes the license emails get stopped by those.
- Try signing in at my.paddle.com - your license may be stored there and if your email does not work - it's probably because you registered with a typo.
- Contact us at [email protected] and we'll generally be able to retrieve the license for you and/or resend the license email
- Contact the developer of the software and they will generally be able to retrieve the license for you and/or resend the license email
