Sorry that you can't find your license and download email! For some of the products sold on Paddle, the delivery may sometimes take a little longer (up to 4 hours).
If you believe your license has been sent but has not been delivered, please follow the steps below to retrieve it:
- Please double check the spam and junk folders in your inbox. If you use email security software, check the settings. Sometimes the license emails get stopped by those.
- If you have a my.paddle account, you can find some of your downloads through your purchase history. Just log in at my.paddle.com to take a look.
- Contact us at email@example.com and we'll generally be able to retrieve the license for you and/or resend the license email
- Contact the developer of the software and they will generally be able to retrieve the license for you and/or resend the license email
