If you have forgotten your password and want a new one:
- Visit the "Recover Password" page on my.paddle.com
- Enter your email address to reset your password.
- An email with a reset link will be sent to your address
- Follow the link supplied in the email and enter and re-type your new password.
- You are done!
N.B. If you are in the process of buying an app, you will see a prompt "forgot password". Follow this procedure which requires the entry of a code which is emailed to you in order not to lose progress in the checkout process.
