When you purchase a product using Paddle's checkout, you will always receive an email with your receipt, followed by an email explaining how to access your products. If you use Paddle a lot, we advise creating a rule for emails ending "@paddle.com" and filtering them into a mailbox or labelling them appropriately (depending on your email client).
In addition to this, your past purchases will also be recorded in your very own my.paddle locker. Just login and you will see something like this:
my.paddle keeps track of your purchases with Paddle and can often provide you with details of your past purchases. However, as explained at the end of your checkout process, all information regarding your purchases through Paddle are emailed to you. Whilst we hope that you can find the information you need at my.paddle.com, please be aware that for a complete record of your Paddle history, make sure you keep all emails that are sent to you and that you filter them to a suitable mailbox.
