When buying software online, you'll generally receive two emails - one containing your purchase receipt, and the other containing your software license. Please look out for both of these emails, and be sure to check your spam filters and junk email folders just in case!
The license email should generally contain some helpful tips and tricks to get up and running with your software - including details about download, installation and first-time set-up.
If you can't use your software, we recommend that you first contact the software developer's support desk - you'll be able to find their contact details on their website. As Paddle deals with payment matters only, we probably won't be able to help!
