Paddle is responsible for levying sales tax on purchases made through our vendors.
Digital ‘VAT’ or Sales Tax on electronically supplied services has been introduced in more than 40 countries around the world. In some countries it is applied to both private individuals (B2C) as well as customers registered as businesses / legal entities (B2B).
Where possible, you will have the option to enter a VAT ID at the point of purchase which will exempt the purchase from a sales tax charge.
If you believe that you have been incorrectly charged for Sales Tax (VAT), please contact us at help@paddle.com and we will be able to issue a VAT refund.

Yes how do I receive a list of all subscriptions past or present so that I can cancel and receive refunds for each as they all are results of a hacked email an illegal use of private information?
Can you get a hold of me and let me know about the hacked emails so we can clear this up
Sorry I may have left other messages in the wrong department. Anyhow I was writing back to request a VAT refund as the last messaged received suggested me to do so.
Im very confused. I don't understand what a "VAT" is or how or where to obtain one. I just know I see 3 open orders available for refunding and cancellation. Please do so and send confirmation details to my adress when my accounts have been replenished from these refunds. Thank you
