Paddle is bound to respect the refund policies of our vendors.
In doing this we work for both customers like yourself and our vendors which sets us apart from stores like Apple and Google which simply reject any refunds. We hope this is appreciated!
If you would like a refund, please;
1. Check that the product in question is eligible for a refund on the vendor's website.
2. If you are entitled to a refund, please contact us with your order number / Paypal transaction id/ or last 4 digits of your card number and we will be able to settle your request!
Once processed, refunds typically take 3 - 5 working days for the money to be returned to your account. If your refund has not been received after that time, please let us know and we'll investigate further.
